I do not have any recipes to share today, but I did want to wish everyone a Happy Easter! My husband and I had a wonderful lunch at our pastor's home today. His wife fixed a glazed ham, prime rib, broccoli-rice casserole, and many other yummy things. Plus everyone who attended lunch brought something, so needless to say, we were fed very well and can't even think about eating dinner!
I hope you have all had a wonderful Easter as we have, and had the opportunity to reflect on what this day is truly about.
